N.I.C.E.T. Certification

I finally got of my duff and got the paperwork straight so I can have my Level I certificate officially issued! Now the goal is to test again in February and try to get enough elements to jump right to Level III. I will be happy if I just get to Level II...either way, it won't be too long now!!!
